You can have milk and cereal. I eat the Special K Vanilla and Almond for
breakfast. But I do like the smoothie she made, I’l try that for breakfast
as soon as I can find the Chia seeds

Actually a lo,t of people who are lactose intolerant, like myself, can
actually eat yogurt since it contains good bacteria like the live active
cultures 🙂 Great video by the way.
