Wtf isn’t eating this few calories dangerous? I thought eating ~1900 is the
safest
for those that say this is starving yourself, it is really not. They’ve
incorporated healthy fats and protein and that keeps one full.
watching this is depressing..
Yea ill just be a fatty!!!
I would happily go on this diet if I was not breastfeeding.
When I was 16 I developed an eating disorder and that was exercising and
eating under700 calories a day, so this is not really that bad to be
honest. It was great when I lost weight I did not like but it was not great
when the doctor told me I had a heart murmur. I maintained that for 6
years, then my husband recommended we eat “healthy”. I gained 40 pounds in
2 months when I was still exercising and I was certainly not eating the
amount of calories it takes to gain that, I then suspiciously got pregnant
and here we are. Now I have these shitty 35 pounds to lose. At this moment
I do 1500 a day and I lose weight but my point is 1200 is not really that
bad you just have to be wise with your food choices, things like chicken,
eggs, spinach but no milk, no heavy cheese, no sugar, ect. I am 5’3 and
this will make anyone my height lose weight at a very good pace, it sucks
in the beginning but it gets much easier, eventually, you will not longer
get hungry. lol
I’m on a weight loss journey, and my daily goal to lose weight is 1,280
calories without exercise. So far, this has not been a problem for me. I
eliminated soda which now allows me to stay full much longer than I could
before. I can stay full for 4 hours now. I used to skip breakfast daily,
but now I at least eat something small so a low calorie or small breakfast
suits me well. I also prefer small lunches. However, I do love big dinners
and my dinner is usually 400-600 calories. Since I don’t like snacking
anyway, this works for me to stay in range. Also, I will eat if I am
hungry. So, even if I reach my goal, I will eat if I need to, but I usually
don’t have to especially if I exercise, thus allowing me to eat more on top
of my goal. I agree that 1,200 calories doesn’t sound like much but it can
be if you adjust your diet to healthier food options and lots of
vegetables.
I could eat 1200kcal in one sitting, and still have space in my stomach to
eat
I eat 1200 calories in a single sitting.
I just ate 1,350 calories for breakfast lol
I eat 1200~ calories a day, yet my food isn’t as healthy. Poptart, then a
good amount of school lunch, one of the 90 calorie brownies, a good dinner,
and an apple.
Excellent, 1200 calories is what I should be eating, to lose weight, and/or
maintain my weight. I am 5’0.
I am forced to stick to this diet. I can not do any intense workouts, do to
my umbilical hernia. I’m fucked
PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT HEALTHY WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM
