I love having poached eggs with sliced tomato and spinach on wholemeal
toast,
i cook the tomato and the spinach (spinach is actually healthier cooked)
with the egg that way its easier to eat, its become a family favorite as
well ^_^
but unfortunately i do have to have tomato sauce with it as well XD
Sometimes eggs, cereal, waffles, or nothing! Lol. Wake up late. XD
They say that if you eat boiled eggs, it can help you, like eating it in
the morning or just anytime. It helps when exercising. Take a break from
exercising and eat boiled eggs. Lol. K-dramas

all bran cereal with skimmed milk and one banana and three pieces of dried
apricot pieces with my flat tummy tea.

i eat for breakfast a small toast with an egg.
Think the music for the ‘cooking’ break down and what-not is a bit too
dramatic 🙁 It’s really weird and makes me want to mute it and play over a
more cheerful beat but then your voice over is pointless, lol
