When I made the pudding, for some reason it didn’t thicken. I am not sure
what I did wrong.

Stephanie, you see, in most pudding recipes, they only use egg yolks, and I
also only use yolks because the last time I used whole eggs, the pudding
kind of separated and it had like a really strange scrambled egg-like
texture. I’m not sure how you made such perfect pudding from whole eggs?
Hi Stephanie! I love how you explain every step so meticulously! I did it
in my first try – and I was dreading i’d end up with a vanilla scrambled
egg but it didn’t as I payed closed attention to your video – tempering
isn’t as hard as it looks! I’m very happy with the result.
I used vanilla bean paste – 1 tsp and 1 tsp of vanilla extract – also used
1/2 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup – it’s just perfect! Thank you so
much!
Can I replace the granulated sugar with powdered sugar and ignore the
cornstarch because powdered sugar has corn starch in it.
Vanilla pudding is my favorite dessert

Can i put corn flour instead
I’ve never tried it with skim milk. Since skim milk doesn’t have the fat of
whole milk, it may not thicken enough without adding more cornstarch or egg
yolks. You may have to experiment a little.

Can we use an electric whisk for doing this instead of manually whisking it?

Do you think it’s possible to use 30 grams of potato starch instead?
