I don’t’ know if you have noticed this but when I am grilling a chicken, I
notice that on the bones, leg bones especially there is a pinky look even
if it is up to temperature?

Did you add more charcoal during cooking. I always find my charcoal bbq
getting cool after 30 minutes but it’s too much bother to reload

Ohhhhhh Mylanta… this was amazing, the chicken was juicy and tender. The
last 20 min I basted on some BBQ sauce just to add another layer of flavor.
