Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep time: 20m Cooking time: 35m | 376 calories & 13g fat p/serving):
– 2 Leeks
– 2 Garlic Cloves
– Olive Oil (to fry)
– 500g New Potatoes
– 1 Litre Fish Stock
– 2 Salmon Fillets
– 1 fillet of White Fish
– 1 head of Broccoli
– 100g Sweetcorn
– 225g Prawns
– 100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
