1 cucharada de leche
1 cucharada de zanahoria finamente picada

oh man my rolling was going so well until the last bit.. the mixture went

You haven’t made an egg-custard video? Whenever I make custard, it’s always
too floury. ^_^

That was beautifuly did miss,,,i tried and messed up,,,,thats a speacial
skill you have,
I found it really hard having chunks of anything in it…it worked well
when I just seasoned the eggs but when I put chopped peppers and cucumbers
in, it didnt roll well at all and just broke up, hope you have more luck
than I. (maybe it was just too thin)
So instead I just put black pepper, turmeric, touch of crushed chili
pepper, salt at the end, as I rolled I put a strip of bean sprouts and thin
strip of bacon(half lengthways) in the center for some crunch, and served
with a bit of Tao Chicken Sauce (really good with eggs, but kind of on the
sweet side which is why I add the chili). I didnt find an issue with
cutting them when they were hot….cold eggs are gross.
this is really perfect! 5 out of 5… I have never seen a better and simple
recipe than this on youtube…

The carrot was cooked before to become soft or it’s fresh carrot?
I spread veggie oil over my pan before cooking the eggs but when I try to
roll it the eggs stuck to the bottom of the pan! Help? :(
