Aside from the usual peanut butter sandwiches, I love to make overnight oats with peanut butter, almond milk, and banana. It takes a little while to prepare but it's ready to go for a quick breakfast the next morning!

I am not the creative type. My use of peanut butter is usually limited to sandwiches, crackers and occasionally cookies. These recipes will really expand my horizons. You are the George Washington Carver of peanut butter.
I haven't been doing a lot of cooking lately, but we do have a creative PB&J. Creamy PB on both slices, then grape jelly… then a layer of rice chex and slap them together, It sounds weird, but it is crunchy and delicious.
I make oatmeal with mine everyday!

Oh my!!! I just made this and it was wonderful!! The veggies I used were broccoli, onion, garlic, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and some zucchini because that's what I had….LOVED IT!! Thanks for the recipie! :-)
If tahini is not on hand, a dollop of peanut butter can be substituted in to make homemade hummus! Simply blend together a can of chickpeas, peanut butter, and any desired seasonings, and top off on a cracker or have a plate of veggies on hand for dipping utensils. :)
