Oven Roasted Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks | Juicy Drumsticks in Indian Punjabi Style in Easy Steps.

When you cook in the Oven it’s always comes out DRY and that’s the main reason everyone don’t like to cook in the OVEN. BUT, now you will know the secret how to make it Juicy, Moist and mouthwatering Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks in OVEN. ENJOY!!!
Ingredients:
1= pack Chicken Drumsticks (16 pcs)
1= Tbsp Salt / 1= Tbsp Black Pepper
1= Tbsp Red Chilli Powder / 1= Tbsp Hot Curry Powder
1= Tbsp Mango Powder / Amchoor Powder
1= Tbsp Garlic Paste / 1= Tbsp Ginger Paste
2= Tbsp Olive Oil / 1= Tsp Orange Red Food Color
1= cup Yogurt
After removing Skin (optional) please make 3 cuts in Chicken Drumsticks, bring Yogurt and all spices/seasoning in separate bowl and mix well then marinate your Chicken Drumsticks and rest it for 4 hours in Refrigerator, then lay out on tray.
Fill your bottom tray with hot/warm water and then place your Tandoori Chicken Drumsticks tray on top of it.
Pre heat your Oven and cook – Bake @450°F / 232.2ºC for 25 minutes or until it’s cook.
Take out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.

Thank you sooo much for the video. I have 2 questions for you:
Can I place the drumsticks on a tray covered with foil or do I need to have
a specific one as shown above?
Also, I noticed you didn’t have any lemon juice in the video, is there a
reason for that?
No, please don’t cover the chicken (any meat) because we need both heat and
steam to cook our meat so it becomes moist and juicy. (if you covered it
then it won’t come out good).
The reason I didn’t use any lemon juice because I used “Mango Powder /
Amchoor Powder” which is also sour. Thanks for watching.
