1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

Sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon orange zest
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey

1 tsp garlic
1tsp ginger
Red pepper flakes
Veggies

    Nice video. How do you like the ceramic knife? I'm leery about using them because of the difficulty in sharpening.
