what if you’re underweight?
Mediterranean Diet Has Huge Health Benefits
*The Mediterranean diet** that participants in the new study were told to
follow differs in some respects from the advice people generally get about
healthy eating. It allows people to eat as many nuts and eggs and even as
much chocolate as they want, as long as it is chocolate with more than 50
percent cocoa. It permits unlimited consumption of fish, seafood,
whole-grain cereals and low-fat cheese.*
Nice video. Has anyone seen this pdf file called Burwan Super Fast Diet
Plan? I’ve checked out the landing page but don’t know if it’s worth the
money. Perhaps someone who has been brave 🙂 enough to buy it please share
their views? Thank you
A lot of those studies were done decades ago, and diets have changed.
Greece is now 5th in the world for obesity – and over half the calories
come from olive oil.

A real shocker for us living on (or near) the Mediterranian.
It’s a good idea…
Well, with peer-reviewed science, this has nothing to do with fad. THANKS.
The MEAT LOBBY, the corporate MEGA GLOBAL AGRI-BUSINESS LOBBY are the 6,000
lbs. HIPPOPOTAMUSES sitting on the chest of the American People, preventing
SCIENTIFIC research that would benefit people and cut into their toxic
profit$ (remember the tobacco companies COVERUP? they’re still swearing
cigarrettes don’t produce cancer).
Food industry is one big example where the market does not make the best
benefit of the consumer. Americans are poisoning themselves everyday with
what they put on their table. One doesn’t need to believe in iluminatti to
agree that the food companies (as well as the oil companies) control the
country.
The same thing can be said about a Japanese diet. Basically, anything is
better than the American diet. Not profound at all.
cars airplanes internet computer electric light jeans
fish 3 times a week = mercury poisoning
the uk is way shitter than the us. i’ve been to both countries.
Should learn how the French and Japanese eats ~ those are more healthy I
would say
what??? no wendys or mcdonalds?
The Greeks now how to eat. I should know I was fed at a couple great
restaurants. Go Greeks!
lol from Tunisia
If you don’t care about what food will make you live better and longer,
perhaps Darwin isn’t done with you yet.
