Do we need onions in our???
Omg Allrecipes this is amazing. I'm now having meatloaf with my family and they love it. Thank you
I'm trying this recipe tonight! Thank you for always explaining very well on how to make your recipes. Shout out from Betty in Deland Florida …..
6 bread or 3??
Looks good but I'm not a mustard and ketchup fan. I make my meatloaf with 1 pound of ground beef, green bell pepper, onion, toasted bread crumbs, 1 egg, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning. Bake at 400 for 1 hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Then top with a brown gravy. It's delicious and much better than the original ketchup meatloaf.
Way to much onion in it.
Could I use a diff kind of bread? Like sheephearders?
That sauce makes it look so good with the brown sugar, garchitsa, and ketchup on it
looks like the meat loaf my Mom used to make, and you lost me with the bread cubes, that part I really dislike. I do mine with either Italian bread crumbs or better yet Corn Flake crumbs or a mix of the 2, add spices you like and top with Mild or Med Chile Salsa cut with a bit a catsup. Got the idea for the topping from Sunset Magazine about 35 years ago ( the Catsup thickens it)
Thank you for your question. How about salsa or barbecue sauce? Both will taste great in this recipe. Enjoy! 🙂
Seems to be very tasty. Instead of ketchup what else can I use?
Thank yo uso much i'm mami guitarra rigor nos for lunch.
Absolutely, Liz! Feel free to use your favorite variety of bread. Leftover bread is also great for meatloaf. Enjoy!
