Glad you used fresh peaches. I love canned peaches, but just to eat them
straight up. For cobblers and things, fresh is the way to go. Frozen
would be OK in a pinch.
I made this recipe but instead of using peaches I used mango it was
delicious :D

Tip to peeling fresh peaches. Bring water in a pot to boil and drop in
peach for 30 seconds to a minute. Remove from water and peach peeling
should come right off with little effort if not drop back in water for a
few more seconds.

neat maybe I just substitute peaches / for banana’s and cream
it was yummy!! perfectly easy and came out great! Only thing next time I’d
like to put less sugar in the dough as the “filling” is sweet enough on
it’s own 🙂 but as always great – thank you Laura :)
