Why not eat the nuts raw? Instead you combine them with all that fructose
(honey, dried cranberries – which usually contain added sugar) …
I’m looking for mainly vegan lunch and dinner ideas
Why are you consuming and promoting dairy and eggs? Dairy and eggs are NOT
healthy, and are unethical to support, even if organic. Nuts mixed with
dairy as a healthy weight-loss snack is not ideal for long-term health.
Fruit, vegetables, and simple carbs like rice are key to health and easily
achieving your ideal body form. A vegan diet rich in fruits and vegetables
is best for the human body, and essential for the environment as the
production of dairy, eggs and meat are literally destroying the planet
faster than anything else. I’m rather shocked and confused to see you
eating this way. Animal products are not health foods.

The cat does NOT belong on the kitchen counter!!! Especially when you’re
trying to tell us how to be healthy.
I liked the trail mix idea in making them in little snack balls and I also

Any peanut butter or good nut better recommendations? All the peanut butter
I can find in the grocery store is full of fat. I have to avoid coconut
though.
All that stuff looks expensive and time consuming. i think I’ll stick to my
snickers and beef jerky.
just watched all these in seperate video’s, so why upload this one? Great
idea’s though, i think i’l try some of them.
Anyway recently i read on a bag of chia seeds a remark about only 10 grams
a day max, is it bad to eat more of it?
And i’ve been putting dried goji berries in yoghurt, i like them being
crunchy, but still i’m wondering if that is the best way to use them or
maybe it’s better to let them soaking in water before using them

Dairy, whole fat or not, is just about the worst thing you can put into
your body. It’s very mucus forming and acidic to the body. You are much
more likely to drop weight cutting out dairy completely.
