This amazing gluten-free bread is made with almond flour and only takes 3 minutes from start to finish! Eat them as is, or toast them to make them even better.

Makes one small loaf
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons grapeseed oil ( you can use butter or olive oil if you prefer )
DIRECTIONS:
Grease one mug with some oil.
Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well with a fork.
Pour mixture into the mug. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. You may need to cook it a few seconds longer depending on your microwave oven.
Let it cool in the mug for 3 minutes.
Gently pop the bread out of the mug and slice.
TIPS:
Toasting them will make them taste even better.
You can also add 1/2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for extra crunch.
Add dried fruits such as raisins for a sweeter bread. Enjoy!

たった3分でできるパン!しかもマグカップで!
グルテンフリー、低炭水化物の簡単レシピ。見たらすぐ作っちゃいましょ。
<材料>
アーモンドプードル(粉) 1/3カップ
ココナッツフラワー(粉) 大さじ1
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2
塩 小さじ1/8
卵 1個
グレープシードオイル 大さじ1と1/2
(溶かしバターやココナッツオイル、オリーブオイルでもOK)
※お好みでナッツを入れても美味しいですよ
<作り方>
1.マグカップの中にオイルを塗ります。
2.全部の材料をボールに入れ、フォークで良くかき混ぜて合わせます。
3.2を1のマグカップに入れます。電子レンジの強で90秒、必要であればもう少し長く行ってください。(お持ちの電子レンジのパワーによります)
4.3分間冷まします。
5.丁寧にマグから取り出し、スライスします。
※トーストしても美味しいですよ。

Periodically, I like to stay away from wheat. However after a few days, I
start to get cravings for bread. When that happens, I make this bread that
can be made in 3 minutes.
It only takes a few ingredients, a mug and a microwave. It tastes good and
takes care of my bread cravings for the day.

I’m going to have to try this, looks good :)
Is this like a cake? Or would you use like bread and put marmite on or
cheese ? Also I would need egg replacer. Lol
