Golfetta Rolls – Appetizer
Nice and delicious appetizer but also to be served as a side dish always accompaied with a gently and tastefull wine, Golfetta Rolls will never let you and your guest disappointed.
Ingredients:
12 slices of Golfetta cold cuts
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Italian)
250 gr of Caprino Cheese or alternative Robiola Cheese
bunch of arugula
chives (12 strings)
Preparation
Prepare in a plate a mix of Caprino (or Robiola) cheese the chopped arugula and the olive oil prepare a plate or a chopping board and lay a Golfetta slice on it spread abuntantly the mix obtained with the cheese on the cold cut slice. Roll up the slice and tie with a string of chives. Do the same procedure for each of the 12 golfetta slices.
Arrange the rolls on a serving dish and serve them cold.
