that looks amazingly really good, Friend of mines Mom years ago made a dish like a lasagna same stuff it was fantastic no noodles just egg plant and stuff from the garden. This takes it it up a notch. Thanks Sean and Cary. on the to do list grand kids and I will do this this one next time they hang out. That's always a good time in the kitchen. Thanks
