Their called spring onions not green onions but this looks good I'll be doing this next week 
Olive oil is terrible for you and loaded with fat. That amount you used probable has as much fat as a McDonalds Big Mac. 
I think if you leave the chicken in that long it will be dry and over cooked I think you should cook the chicken then take it out and cook the vegetables then add the chicken!!

Snapping off the ends of string beans was my job growing up. I hated to see that enormous bag heading my way, lol!
You know how your cutting board is moving alot, place a wet paper towel underneth it, and that would help.
I tried this but added mushrooms instead of onions. It was so delicious!! Thanks for the inspiration! I love not only eating good food but healthy food!

You have no idea what you are doing! you're cooking with the wrong oil. Extra virgin olive oil is not a universal oil just to let you know. Stop dishing out bad advice to people that have no clue what's going on!!!
