Hello everyone! Today I am showing you my easy, fast, and healthy breakfast ideas for school. When I get ready for school I am always in a hurry and need something to keep my full til lunch, so I find it really important for breakfast ideas to be very easy and quick to make, and have some sort of healthy substance to keep you focused when in school! I love making smoothies because they are a great on the go portable option, and fruit is delicious! Eggs are super filling, they are like a holy grail breakfast option because they are healthy and filled with protein, top it with some whole grain toast and you will definitely stay full!
