I like to start my day with a nutritious bang, so these breakfast recipes are packed with essential vitamins and minerals that will fuel your body until the lunch time. Hi Olga! I have already been eating breakfast of buckwheat grouts, chia and
hemp seeds with almond milk and fruit and it is delicious! I also have a
recipe similar to yours for the green smoothy and love it as well. I eat
quinoa for dinner but have never tried it as a breakfast cereal! That is my
next breakfast! I probably will make it the night before, mornings are
sooooo hectic here! Thank you!
Oh these all look so tasty and healthy! I am gluten free so I already eat a
lot of quinoa but I usually eat it for dinner with veggies and some meat
never used it for breakfast. I am most excited to try the cereal because it
can be stored. Very convenient. (:

I hope you don’t mind if I ask you a question- I’ve been trying to
transition from fruit smoothies (which I’ve bee drinking for awhile) to
green smoothies, and I was wondering if you had any tips on how you
adjusted to drinking your veggies. Most green smoothie recipes call for
bananas but I actually really don’t like the taste of it of it in smoothies
( which is why I h’m kind of hesitating to try this one, even though it
looks really gorgeous (: ). Even seeing the bits of green floating around
in my drink can turn me off. Any advice on how to incorporate greens subtly
into my smoothie more often would be much appreciated! My goal is to work
my way up to having green smoothie with kale, spinach, etc very week 🙂
