I love cucumber wrapped sushi rolls but don’t have the time or patience to make the cucumber wraps. So, I took an apple corer and popped the centers out of thick cucumber slices, seasoned the cucumbers with Magic Swamp Dust cajun seasoning, filled them with crab, avocado, and whipped cream cheese, then drizzled them with spicy WowWee sauce. www.TheOutdoorKitchenShow.com
