What is the exact salsa to chicken ratio to use? I don't wanna dry cook my chicken. Or just enough to cover it?
Freeze the salsa up and re use it. Or add it to your meal.

don't use frozen chicken, they inject those with saline and other crap chemicals and freeze it. check the ingredients on the frozen chicken bag and you will see. I was using those frozen chicken breasts for awhile and it was bloating me so much due to the high amount of sodium in them. Just buy fresh chicken breasts, will be little bit expensive, not by much but you will taste and feel the difference.
