For home cooking I think should not add "Ajinomoto" into the food… street cooking try to save on ingredients, home cooking need not do that…

You have overlooked the noddles. Also they aren't egg noodles, egg noodles are slightly yellow , not white
Wow…its simply awesome…
I have to say the pictures make this dish look good. But, I have a hard time believing the electric stove, non-stick "wok", and long cook times create a authentic Chinese Lo Mein. And yes……. I do cook a lot of Chinese food in a large gas fired blaster wok.
