No offense taken! So many people have told me the same thing about not
rinsing pasta. They say sauce, etc. holds better when some of the liquid
and starch is left on the pasta. Thanks for the good advice!

Thanks for your nice comment! This is a great alternative to the tuna
casserole – it’s also nice with turkey so we make it after Thanksgiving
when there are lots of leftovers.
I would totally go to an all asserole restaurant. I’m 25 but was raised
very old fashioned. Sometimes I struggle to cook items separatly when I
know it’d all taste excellent as a casserole in a cream base.
