Too much fat!!! Butter galore!! I make snitzel the same way, but pat the extra oil off.
After having seen this recipe I am shocked….!!! I am italian, from Venice, i have to say that this recipe is not an italian recipe. the real italian chicken in lemon sauce is absolutely not like this !!! i really dont understand why every person who says : im italian, cooks shit like this and says that this is real italian cuisine…. it's not !!!
in italy u will never find fried meat which goes into the over covered with stock !!!

you can half and half wine (cooking) and Chicken stock
coat bottom of baking dish with olive oil top chicken with butter
don't over crowed your frying pan you should have put two cutlets at a time
your oil needs to be hotter be for you put the chicken in
350f or 350 degrees
