Ingredients
8 mini chicken fillets
2tbsp cajun seasoning
4tbsp single cream
2tbsp white wine
1 chicken stock cube
3 spring onions, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 orange pepper, chopped fine
fresh penne pasta
salt & pepper
fresh chopped parsley to serve

enough to give that bitter introduction to the spice offered by the cajun
spices)
