My mom used to make this recipe for me for breakfast as a child. When
the variety of instant noodles we used was pulled off store shelves, we
visited Uwajimaya in Seattle, WA and found that it was identical to
Nissin chikin Ramen – their first variety and the first instant noodle
introced to the market. This was the birth pang of The Ramen Rater,

varieties.
