Doesn’t it annoy Joe to stand behind the camera whilst Laura has the first
bite?
If you want your toffee to be easier to spread, let it cool but then scoop
it into a bowl and microwave it for a few seconds to soften it. Makes life
much easier.
This looks amazing. I love your recipes Laura :)
I’m from the UK and had no idea banoffee pie was british?!
sweet condensed milk cooked is called “doce de leite” or “dulce de leche”
actually
in nz i went to the supermarket and on the can of condensed milk (it was an
ordinary can like urs) it said do not submerge in water?? do you think i
could still do it?
You call it toffee i call it Dulce de Leche
I love it when she says its so good she would slap you XD!!!
I’m making this tomorrow!!! Yummy!!!
Three milks cake, please!!
Can someone tell me what Graham Crackers are ? Or what they taste like or
something similiar ?
Because I am from Germany and I don’t know what to buy instead.
I use to love condensed milk when i was little, My dad would sometimes get
in from work and i’d be in front of the tele with a can. Not had it for
years, but have got to try your idea. Rose from UK
sorry but the 2 n a half hour make you own toffee is not practical, you are
better to buy the real caramel sauce, easily available in UK by Cornation
Can you put the cracker part in fridge instead of oven? It will set anyway?
In Australia instead of using the condensed milk there is stuff called
top-n-fill caramel! And instead of just pouring the caramel over the
bananas you should have put in a bowl and whisked it or stirred it up a
little to get it a little more workable.
Please please please please make a chocolate cream pie!!!!!
Making the toffee now, can I put it in the fridge to cool down? How long
before I can open the can??
Your face is perfection
Do you have a make up channel???

Love this recipe! Just one question – is there another way to make toffee
without “cooking” the tin? I’m not sure if that’s “safe” to eat? Just like
I don’t boil plastic in hot water even they say the plastic is heatproof.
Thanks.
In Uruguay you call toffe dulce de leche, try filling som croissans with
the toffe its the most delishous thing ever
can I make it with strawberries instead of bananas?
If you can get Digestive biscuiits, then this is the original recipe
