On Weight Watchers this appetizer is very low in points. You can take this to a party or serve them up before Dinner. They are packed with Fiber and delicious!
What you will need:
One Package of Mini Fillo Shells 15 in a pack (in the Frozen Section in the Grocery Store)
1/2 Cup Black Beans
1 Pack of Guacamole (100 calorie pack is the easiest)
1/8 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Triangles of Laughing Cow Cheese (any kind)
1/4 Cup Salsa
Preheat the Oven to 350
Mix up all all your ingredients except for the Salsa
Fill each shell with the mixture (the mixture is enough to fill every shell)
Put in oven until the Shells are lightly Brown (4 to 6 Minutes)
Serve!
You can double this recipe or triple if you like!

I don’t like hot guacamole. I would probably make mine with refried beans
and salsa. Yum, great ideas.
How long do you put them in the oven? And what temperature? :)
