amount, grind them and mix them or just take ground spices of mentioned

i tried n texted this recipe for eid, nd believe me it was delicious nd a
true biye barir roast ,,,,yum yum 🙂 i used home made mawa and for malai i
used thickened cream. My family loved it.thnks to alpana habib.

traditionally mawa is made by usin full cream milk and reducing it on
medium heat with constant stirring. its a bit time consuming but totally
worth it.
