    I like to cook the bananas in with the oatmeal.  It really brings out the sweetness of the bananas plus its soft enough that you can mash it up and mix it in.  I don't make much money so I don't want to add more oats to my bowl, and the banana chunks mixed in gives it the illusion that that I have more oatmeal when I'm really just eating the same amount of food as I would have if I didn't mix the banana in.  I also like to add chia seeds to my oatmeal.

    Do you know how the horses that carry the agave plants are treated? I have had a horse I got from an man that used the horse in the fields carrying agave, the horse looked so bad I cried when I took the saddle of the horse. I saved that horses life. I've have before and after pictures of my horse on my Instagram @kirstinR1992 it is the red Mexican horse.
    Eating agave products are supporting animal cruelty! But lots of vegans/vegetarians don't know about the agave production.
