How to Make Mike’s Muscle Building Protein Shake
#1 Trick That Packs on Ripped Muscle:

It’s Mike and welcome to “Sixpack Shortcuts Food Cooking…Network!” HaHa I’m just kidding with y’all, but seriously you’re going to really want to watch this because I’m going to show you how I make my ultimate protein shake. This will be real short today, so pay attention for the next couple minutes and maybe grab a pen paper to write this all down. It’s little tips like this one that will make it easier for you to not get bored with your everyday routine and stay on track so you can be THAT much closer to having the body of your dreams!
– What I’m making for you today is my “Chocolate, Protein, Coffee, Honey, Ice Shake!” Ya, we may have to work on that name, haha.
0:19 Mike’s Muscle Building Shake – That’s better!
– I used to make this every single morning.
You want to try this out for yourself? It’s a good one, I promise! The whole reason I like this shake is because it tastes like chocolate-peanut butter ice cream.
– It feels like I’m cheating when I’m not. (As long as you drink it at the right time)
So grab a blender and let’s get started!
– Ice: 2 full red solo cups (Lots of ice!)
– Mike Chang’s Muscle Protein, Chocolate: 4 full scoops (and maybe an extra half scoop)
– Peanut Butter, Creamy: 2 big globs

– Honey: 2 swirls

– Instant Coffee: 1 Tablespoon or so (depending how much of a kick you want)
You can use regular coffee grounds, but it won’t dissolve and it’ll be all in your teeth, it’s whatever you have on hand or prefer.
– Water: a splash

Close it all up and give it a go! As you can tell I just eyeball all the measurements here, it’s really all about the taste you prefer. Just don’t go overboard with any unnecessary sugar (from the honey) or fats (from the peanut butter).
4:33 And when it’s done, you just pour it into your cup!
– You may need to add more water as you blend if it looks to dry to blend properly.
– This way it is so thick like an awesome frozen yogurt or some type of dessert.
The recipe I’ve given here is good for two servings, so share with your workout partner or save the other half for later. A protein shake made this way is best as either a post-workout or a meal replacement.
