soak them. They can also be eaten raw. Hope this info helps.
I saw this on a vegan youtube for the holidays using brown sugar, and chili
powder instead of whole chili…when I see Pepitas in the store, they are
green, in a bag and costly. I love the flavor but wonder how these are made
as they are not like this for snacking //thanks good video
