Mushroom spread - Recipe by The Vegan Corner

Hi there! Here is our new recipe, which today is for a mushroom spread.

INGREDIENTS (US):
14oz mushrooms
1 garlic clove
½ red onion – 1oz
½ cup + 2 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp + 1 tsp soy yogurt, or blended tofu
thyme – use very little as it is incredibly powerful!
salt, to taste
black pepper

When measuring ingredients, make sure that all the measurements are level. This means discarding the ingredients that rise above the rim of the measuring cup, tsp, tbsp etc. The back of a straight knife works perfectly for this.

I know it is a cooking channel, but could you make time to time raw meals ?
:). I loved your tropical drink with the mangoes by the way. I am going raw
soon and I would love to still use your recipes ^^.

Hey there, great video as always! I was thinking, could you do video with
tips on choosing good cooking utensils? Mine are getting old and I’m going
to be buying new ones at some point, and there are so many options, it’s
hard to know what’s best :)
