Recipe ingredients and directions:

TORTILLA CAMPESINA (Potato Pudding)

olive oil
4 onions
100 grams smoked bacon, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 kilo boiled potatoes with skin and
cut into dice
olive oil
6 tablespoons cream
2 teaspoons paprika
salt and black pepper
12 eggs

Chop the onions and saute them in a some oil
with the bacon.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and
seasonings and add the onion and bacon
mixture.
Add the beaten eggs, and pour the mixture
into a greased oven-proof baking dish.
Cook in a medium oven until the eggs are
set and the top is a bit browned.
