Sesame Coated Sama Rice Cutlets/ Vrat Recipe| Poonam’s Kitchen

Sesame coated Samo seed cutlets are ideal for appetizer during fasting days or otherwise. They are firm and crisp from the outside and juicy from the inside.

Samo seeds( sama rice) 1/2 cup
Water (1 cup)
Sesame seeds(20 gm)
Potatoes(boiled and peeled)(2)
Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese) 100 gm
Cilantro leaves(few)
Salt(1 1/4 tsp)
Red Chilli Powder( 3/4 tsp)
Black Pepper powder( 1/4 tsp)
