    Hello everyone! This is our new video, which is about preparing Tortillas.

    INGREDIENTS (US):
    1 cup all-purpose flour, strong (bread) flour works too
    ½ cup wholewheat flour, sifted and then measured
    1¼ tsp baking powder
    ½ cup water
    1½ tsp beetroot powder (optional – for red coloured tortillas)
    1 tbsp spinach powder (optional – for green coloured tortillas)

    When measuring ingredients, make sure that all the measurements are level. This means discarding the ingredients that rise above the rim of the measuring cup, tsp, tbsp etc. The back of a straight knife works perfectly for this.

    INGREDIENTS (International):
    140g plain flour, strong (bread) flour works too
    70g wholewheat flour, sifted and then measured
    5g baking powder
    115g water
    5g beetroot powder (optional – for red coloured tortillas)
    10g spinach powder (optional – for green coloured tortillas)

    TIMES, YIELD and INFO:
    Makes: 5/6 tortillas
    Weight of a single tortilla: 50-60g or 1.7-2.1oz
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: 1 minute
    Storage Time: Tortillas will keeps for up to 2 weeks in the freezer
