My Complete On The Go Healthy Meal Replacement Breakfast Drink Recipe

Hey There,

Its Raffy Garcia coming at ya, so in today’s video I break down what goes into my everyday complete on the go breakfast drink that I have been doing for the last 3 years or so.

Its got everything you would need to get you energized and powered through your morning, and even way past your lunch time meal.

Start off with my blender or shaker bottle, add 16 ounces of cold water Add 4 ounces of Flax seed Milk, or any type of milk you would like, I have done in the past and I change these every couple of months. Have used rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk, and I try to stay with the unsweetened version of these, as I want to control and keep my sugar in take to a minimum, as for me its a cause for any adult acne breakouts.

We move on to my green powder, currently using Amazing Grass original formula, but have tried many many different versions and products from different brands, so long as they are organic.
We move on to Sambazon Acai powder, then we add glutamine, and creatine, then we add fiber, and finish off with my meal replacement powder.

I break down my protein source, my fiber source, my healthy fats source, my green powder source, my creatine and glutamine sources, along with the break down of every supplement that I take in pill form with my morning complete breakfast on the go smoothie.
