1) 2 LB OF THINLY SLICED PORK ****

MARINADE INGREDIENTS
(FOR 1 HOUR OR OVERNIGHT IS BEST)
1) 1/2 CUP SUGAR
2) 1/2 CUP CORN SYRUP
3) 1 TSP ONION POWDER
4) 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
5) 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
6) 1/2 CUP OF GOCHUJANG (KOREAN CHILI PASTE)
7) 1 TSP OF GINGER
8) 5-10 CLOVES OF GARLIC

| DESCRIPTION |

A popular traditional korean BBQ favorite: dweji bulgogi/dwaeji bulgogi/ spicy pork bulgogi. This entree is a favorite amongst many with its sweet + spicy marinade. The thinly sliced pork meat just melts in your mouth with a burst of flavor from the marinade. Add some sliced onions or mushrooms to add some extra texture into the dish! Hope you guys enjoy 🙂
