Fried Makhana Quick Home Snack

Makhana is yummy and appetizing crispies made with lotus seeds or Foxnu, go excellent during snack time with tea and other snacks.



Ghee 2 Teaspoons
Cashewnuts 1/4 Cup
Makhana 1 Cup
Curry leaves powder 1 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt To taste

1. Take ghee in a hot pan and when it melts add cashew nuts and makhana.
2. Stir it continuously till it gets golden color.
3. Add dry curry leaves powder, red chilly powder and salt. 4. Mix it thoroughly and transfer in a plate.
