Dum Ka Lal Murgh – Maimoona Yasmeen Recipes

Ingredients:

Murhgi ka gosht (Haddi ke saath): 500 gram
Tel (oil) : 4 tablespoons
Pyaaz: 3 dalli
Adrak lehsan ka paste: 1 ½ tablespoons
Haldi powder: ½ teaspoon
Namak : 1 ½ teaspoon
Lal mirch powder: 3 teaspoon
Tamatar : 6
Lal colour: ek chutki
Kaju: 80 grams
Kari patta: mutthi bhar (handful)
Kotmeer ya hara dhaniya: ½ katta(bunch)
Aadhe nimbu ka ras
Gram masala powder: 1 teaspoon

Tareeqa (Procedure):

1. Pyaz, tamatar aur kaju ko alag alag grind karke inka paste bana lijiye.

2. Ek saucepan mein tel daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaye, pyaaz ka paste daliye.

3. Yeh paste ko badami rang ka hone tak tal lijiye.

4. Adrak lehsan ka paste, haldi powder aur murghi ka gosht daliye.

5. Das minute tak is gosht ko achhi tarah se tal lijiye.

6. Namak, lal mirch powder, tamatar ka grind kiya hua paste, ek chutki lal colour daliye.

7. Paanch minute tak ise achhi tarah se bhoon lijiye ke tel chhootne lage.

8. Kaju ka paste daliye. Acchi tarah se milakar ek cup paani daliye, mutthi bhar kari patta , kati hui kotmeer ya hara dhaniya, aadhe nimbu ka ras aur ek teaspoon garam masala powder daliye aur dhakkan dhanp dijiye.

9. Bees minute tak dheemi aanch par pakaiyye. Murghi ka gosht jitni achhi tarah se galega, utna zaeqedaar ho jayega.
