Came up with my take on the popular Sweet and Sour Chicken. Hope you guys enjoy. This is a really simple and healthy recipe.

8g Fat, 50g Carb, 35g Protein

Specified Weights:
100g Sweet and Sour Sauce
50g Red Bell Pepper
25g Green Bell Pepper
50g Red Onion
6oz Chicken Breast
