I combine the great succulent taste of this fresh Canadian sustainable caught queen crab with a nice zingy lemon-mayonaise, crispy Romain lettuce and refreshing soft avocado! But don’t overpower your fish with the mayonaise, you still want to taste the lovely flavours of the crab! This little meal is great for knocking up in no-time, but surprising anyone you serve it to!
