Where I live, there is no such thing as pasteurized egg product. So I
usually use 1 hand full of chocolate (melted, of course) and add it to one
stiff whisked egg white. Then I add some whipped cream until it looks
delicious to me, put it in pretty dessert glasses and leave them in the
fridge overnight.

kale chicken soup. It’s homeade chicken broth from the organic chicken we
buy . Make ur own chicken broth store ones have MSG.. And we stir the kale
in with carrots and chicken and some sea salt. The leftovers from that kale
chicken soup last use a few days. Also we use raw kale and spinach in our
salads since ice berg lettuce is devoid of nutrients
