♡ Healthy Lunch Ideas+Recipes|Weight Loss Journey | Sue Rose ♡

Healthy Lunch Ideas and Healthy Recipes to lose weight fast and help your weight loss journey, to keep your weight! You can eat these for lunch or take them as healthy diner ideas. Those are my favorite dishes to eat/cook and since you guys requested it I thought I’d share them! Those Weight Loss Tips might help your Weight Loss Transformation! They did for me!

♡ Recipes ♡

Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
▸ Salmon
▸ Olive Oil
▸ Honey
▸ Seasoning of your liking

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put the salmon on a baking sheet
and drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil on each salmon piece. Then season it to your liking and drizzle a teaspoon of honey on each salmon.
Put it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the edges are slightly dark and it looks well done!

Quinoa Bake

Ingredients:
▸ Quinoa
▸ Onions
▸ Olive Oil
▸ Crushed Tomatos
▸ Chili
▸ Mustard
▸ Seasoning
▸ Sheep’s Cheese/Feta

Cook Quinoa. 1 cup Quinoa equals 2 cups of water, just like cooking rice. Fry the onions until glazed. Prepare the tomato sauce. Mix crushed tomatoes with a teaspoon of mustard, a hint of chili and seasoning (I love italian seasoning). Add Quinoa to the onions and fry it for about 5 minutes until adding the complete sauce, reduce the heat to a simmer and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Then turn the heat back up and add the feta cheese and let it melt. Serve with cottage cheese.

Yoghurt Dressing

Ingredients:
▸ Herbs
▸ Olive Oil
▸ Water
▸ Joghurt

Mix herbs with a teaspoon of olive oil, as much water as you like and your favorite yoghurt. Mix it well and add whatever salad you like, for example cucumbers. Let it sit for about 10 minutes then enjoy.

Healthy Fries

Ingredients:
▸ Potatoes
▸ Olive Oil
▸ Mustard
▸ Chili
▸ Seasoning
▸ Tomato Paste

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Peel and slice up potatoes and pop them into the microwave for about 4 minutes, it helps crisp them up later on in the oven. In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, tomato paste, chili and seasoning together. Take the potato slices and mix them with the tomato glaze until well covered, then transfer the fries onto a baking sheet and pop them into the oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown! Serve with cottage cheese or tomato paste.

Vegetable Skillet:

Ingredients:
▸ Olive Oil
▸ Tomatoes
▸ Zuchinni
▸ Pepper
▸ Chili
▸ Onions
▸ Feta Cheese
▸ Seasoning

Fry the onions until glazed, then continue adding the vegetables and cook them until well done. Season to your liking and add feta cheese to give it a salty touch.
